Founder & Director

Georgina comes from a background of senior business management and executive office and has worked at Marks and Spencer, Barclays, Arcadia, Medtronic and Hedge Fund Entities.

The driving force behind sourcing new business, Georgie has evolved Clevertouch as one of the country’s leading business solution providers. Passionate about helping individuals and businesses grow, Georgie provides bespoke business support services to board-level executives.

Day-to-day, you will find Georgina in strategy meetings, checking in with her team or thinking of that added ‘something’ she can do to go the extra mile.

John Williamson
Programme Director

With over 30 years’ experience, John Williamson has made significant contributions to many business markets and teams throughout his career. The relationships and connections he and Clevertouch share are significant.

John is a leading consultant to Barclays Bank, Lloyds Bank, RBS, IBM and Barclaycard, facilitating programmes such as the Migration of all Natwests non-mainframe IT Services and operational procedures to the Royal Bank of Scotland. John’s background in change management is also utilised within the Training & Development teams at Clevertouch.

Roxy Hoare
Lifestyle Director

Roxy has a diverse skill set, having worked in various industries including Travel, Construction, Executive Office, and Finance Administration. As Lifestyle Executive, Roxy’s team of Associates are responsible for managing private assistance across Clevertouch clientele.

An expert in maximising efficiency, Roxy ensures her clients daily tasks and errands are completed to exacting standards – just as you would expect yourself – leaving you with more time in the diary! Roxy also has many years’ experience in the trade and invoice finance sector and possesses AAT qualifications.

Victoria Monger
Executive Office Director

With over 20 years’ PA and Executive-level support in many well-known organisations and disciplines, Victoria Monger has supported the likes of Boots senior management teams, The Money Shop and the NHS.

Highly regarded in the sector, Victoria heads up our wonderful team of Executive Assistant Associates and supports Clevertouch clients with HR, EA/PA duties, B2B communications.

Sarah Fletcher
Client Services Director

Sarah Fletcher has more than 15 years experience developing and fostering positive client relationships, and now plays a pivotal role in looking after all of our existing Clevertouch clients.

By providing vital communications across the client teams, Sarah is the ‘go-to’ for all Business service activities and is responsible for ensuring that all Clevertouch clients are getting the most out of our services.

Gareth Lancaster
Training & Development Officer

As Training & Development Officer at Clevertouch, Gareth provides consultation and advice on the personal and professional development of organisations. Adopting a through life training support approach his skills range from the conduction of individual job/role analysis to the design and implementation of training strategies and programmes.

Gareth works closely with key departments such as Human Resources, operations, marketing, and assurance to ensure bespoke training programmes complement organisational ethos. Sales Presentation skills and public speaking courses are also delivered by Gareth.

Peter Macey
Software Development Manager

Results-driven and focused, Peter Macey has an exceptional track record of orchestrating teams to deliver Business Transformation/Change Programmes within diverse environments, ensuring the delivery of tangible benefits.

Peter has a strong analytical and problem-solving ability with extensive knowledge of programme management, planning and control techniques; he is highly trusted and regarded with many senior stakeholders, utilising innovative & dynamic approaches to pick up troubled and complex pieces of work re-engineering to success and generating robust relationships throughout.

Amy Fletcher
Executive Assistant

Amy Fletcher joined the Clevertouch in January 2021 as part of the Clevertouch Graduate Pipeline incentive. Amy has completed many academic qualifications which have led to further industry experience in the healthcare, hospitality, digital and legal services sectors.

Ambitious in her aspirations to help businesses flourish, Amy takes a genuine interest in each of her client’s business activities. As Executive Assistant, she gets under the skin to really understand all of her client’s needs in order to provide the best possible support.
