Clevertouch: As Featured in the Telegraph’s Business Owners Guide!
Did you see Clevertouch in the Telegraph Business Owners’ Guide?
In October we were proudly featured as one of the top 15 companies supporting neurodiverse professionals in the UK. For us as a business this is an incredible achievement. We’d like to take this time to thank our clients, and team, for their part in making this happen.
How did we get featured?
The Telegraph was looking for a Virtual Assistant business to feature in the publication. Through their research they found (as we did!) that most providers were doing the same thing. Then they found us.
Our approach to servicing a niche market with a tailored solution made us stand out from other providers. The Telegraph saw that we were different – and there is no other provider like us.
To earn a place on this list in the Telegraph is testament to our efforts as a business. It also gives our work validation that we’re helping our clients succeed. We’ve taken the time to understand those with a different neurological makeup – and embrace their differences. Each client comes to us with their own skillset, objectives, and challenges. Unlike other VA businesses, we don’t just work with them on adhoc tasks:
- We get to know our clients personally
- We take the time to understand their obstacles
- We ask them about their long-term goals
- We identify what’s holding them back
- We provide them with a tailored solution just for them
On this achievement, our Founder, Georgina Williamson, said: “I couldn’t be prouder of the loyalty, commitment, and excellence of our team. Our collaborations drive change in a service sector so critical to many. The personal and business growth achieved. The relationships they’ve made. The desire to embrace difference – this has all led us to be where we are today. For our journey to be recognised on this platform, is huge. And there is more to come from us!”
We’re not your typical Virtual Assistant
Approximately 15% of the UK population is neurodivergent. This equates to around 10 million people. But even with a large audience, there is still a lack of specialist services to support them.
Our success comes from active listening and providing supportive communications. We find the best way to work with each individual client, guiding them through a coaching approach. This lightens their load, helping them to achieve personal and professional goals.
This accolade from The Telegraph is just the tip of the iceberg for us. As we move into 2023, we’re going to continue to improve our services for current and new clients. We’re looking forward to working with them towards their goals – and we could help you too.
