Taking the time to help me understand the process in such a patient, and empathetic manner. I felt like I could ask any questions I had and found having someone who understood the process so helpful; it has made what is a very difficult process so much easier. Georgina has been so supportive in helping me work out how a support worker would be able to support me in my role, and how that would fit into my day to day life.
